A 75-minute workshop-style class that blends education and practice. Expect a mix of theory, hormone-focused asana practice, and grounding relaxation to reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm.

Think of your endocrine system as an orchestra: a symphony of interconnected players that shape your mood, energy, sleep and overall balance. In this class, we break down the key instruments (glands) of this inner orchestra and explore how breath, movement and deep relaxation can bring them back into harmony.
