I’ve been there. After 15 years with PMOS, I found a way to work with my body instead of against it, then my cycle came back and the symptoms silenced. Not through willpower. Through yoga therapy, nervous system regulation and learning to actually listen.

Most approaches suppress symptoms. Medication masks the cycle. Diets can reduce weight and inflammation, but only if they don’t add more pressure to a body that is already under stress. Most treatments address what’s visible. None of them address the root and this is why the symptoms keep returning.

The root is your nervous system. When it’s stuck in overdrive, it keeps PMOS active is a loop: chronic stress disrupts the hormonal axis, which worsens symptoms, which creates more stress.
