Yoga Row combines the energizing challenge of rowing with the grounding benefits of yoga for a full-body workout that leaves you feeling both strong and restored.
We begin with an intentional yoga warm-up, using sun salutations, mobility work and core activation to prepare your body for an efficient rowing stroke. From there, we'll move into dynamic rowing intervals that build strength, cardiovascular fitness and endurance.
After the intensity, we'll slow things down with mindful movement, deep stretches and breathwork to release tension, improve mobility and support recovery before finishing with a relaxing Savasana.
This unique combination helps improve posture, core stability, flexibility and body awareness while balancing effort with recovery. You'll leave feeling challenged, recharged and more connected to your body.
Whether it's your first time on a rowing machine or you're already an experienced rower, Yoga Row is designed for every fitness level. You control the intensity, making the class as accessible or as challenging as you need.
