I didn’t study my way to understanding PMOS.
I lived my way there.

For 15 years, PMOS shaped my life in ways I didn’t always recognise at the time. The irregular cycle, the exhaustion that no amount of sleep (or coffee) seemed to fix, the mornings that started in stress before they’d properly begun. I tried what I was offered. Medication that regulated the cycle while I was taking it and stopped the moment I did. Diets that felt like punishment. The constant attempt to push through, be more consistent, try harder.

What I didn’t understand then is that trying harder was part of the problem. Every effort I made from a place of stress was feeding the very loop I was trying to escape.

When I found hormonal yoga therapy and started working with my nervous system rather than overriding it, things began to shift. Not overnight. But gradually, steadily. My cycle returned. My energy became something I could rely on. I stopped feeling like a stranger in my own body.

PMOS didn’t disappear. It doesn’t work like that. But I found the conditions where it goes quiet, and I’ve been building my life around those conditions ever since.

That’s what I want to help you find.

Your balance, your way - without medication and without fighting yourself.

My Approach

I don’t believe in fixing. I believe in understanding.

When you understand what your body is responding to: what stresses it, what supports it, what it needs to feel safe, you stop needing someone to tell you what to do. You become the expert on yourself. My job is to help you get there.

In practice, that means working with your nervous system first. The endocrine system and the nervous system are inseparable. Chronic stress (even the low-grade, everyday kind) keeps cortisol elevated, which drives androgen overproduction, which worsens insulin resistance, which deepens the PMOS symptoms. Interrupting that cycle is where the real work begins.

Through yoga therapy, somatic and deep relaxation techniques, breathwork, and gentle lifestyle guidance, I help women create the internal conditions where PMOS symptoms have less to feed on.

What is Yoga Therapy?

Yoga therapy is not a yoga class. It’s a personalised, evidence-informed practice that uses movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness as therapeutic tools, tailored to your body, your symptoms, and your goals. At your pace and in your level. It works alongside medical care, never instead of it.

Think of it less as a class you attend and more as a practice you build, one that grows with you over time.

Education & Training

My work is grounded in Yoga Therapy, movement and women's hormonal health. I combine evidence-informed practices with traditional yogic approaches to support women with PCOS and hormone-related challenges.
